I'm so pleased to see you stress hand washing in your videos. I often cringe trying to watch Food Network shows when the hosts often grab salt out of a bowl or use their pepper grinder with raw chicken or meat juice on their hands. I picture the assistants having to practically hose down the set with bleach solution after every show.
